We ship to all states and territories across Australia. Whether you’re in Sydney, Perth, Darwin or anywhere in between, we’ll get your biltong to you.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including your tracking details.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Metropolitan areas: 2–5 business days
- Regional areas: 3–7 business days
- Remote areas: May take a little longer depending on location

Shipping Costs

Subscription Deliveries
Biltong Club members who choose automatic repeat deliveries enjoy the same reliable shipping on every order. Your biltong will be dispatched on schedule according to your chosen delivery frequency — every 2, 4, 6 or 8 weeks.
You can update your delivery address, change your frequency or pause your subscription at any time from your member dashboard.
